Diageo has no majority owner. Its largest known holders are all institutional investors:

Index funds and asset managers hold stakes in most listed companies, so these are listed separately from strategic owners.

These holders account for 21% of Diageo. The remainder is free float or not yet recorded.

Recorded as owned, but no source gives the size of the stake — it may be all of the company or a small part of it.

These are brand names rather than separate companies, so they have no owner of their own beyond Diageo.
